Intrigued by collectively encountering the Catalan capital Bartzelona, three women immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of this Mediterranean metropolis. In dialogue with street-art murals, colourful mosaics, avant-garde and historic architecture, the dancers are-being-moved by the design of public spaces and the flow of daily life of its inhabitants (2024).

Developed on journeys through the streets and paths of Malta, a group of women, the local, the nomad, and the visitor, experience sites through the perspective of the other. The resident local provides depth and authenticity and vice versa, placing a stranger into a familiar environment highlights the features that have forgotten to be seen. The editing intensifies the opposing features of historic architecture and the sounds of construction sites, illuminating themes of heritage and development, and frictions between community and commerce (2023).

Inspired by Claude Cahun’s constant discourse of multiplicity and Remedios Varo’s androgynous quality of oneiric vulnerability, this screendance stands in the intersection of fantasy and reality (2019).
